Discovery Sessions.
We begin your journey with one or more discovery sessions and utilize a maturity model to assess the current practice capabilities and to identify strengths and weaknesses.
Maturity is a measurement of the ability of an organization for continuous improvement in a particular discipline. The higher the maturity, the more likely a practice is to not only deliver consistent, repeatable patient experiences but also operate efficiently and collaborate well with other team members and learn from problems and challenges that arise.
We will create a roadmap for transformation and a Customer Success Plan to guide the journey.Â

Training.
Following the discovery sessions, each team member will have access to the online role-based video training library. The library contains 17 courses with 15+ hours of training content and is accessible 24×7.
Not all courses are for all roles but should be to be completed prior to scheduling the live coaching sessions.Â

Coaching.
Following the online video courses will be a series of live sessions, either virtual or onsite, with the whole team. These sessions are designed to bring the whole team together discuss, simulate, and apply concepts learned from the training and for Q&A.Â
Collaborative sessions will strengthen the knowledge and confidence of the team to accelerate real world performance.Â
One on One sessions will tailor relevant coaching to the needs of the specific role and individual.
The number of coaching sessions will vary depending on the number of one-on-one sessions but typically there are 3-4 team sessions and a one-on-one session per team member.
Performing.
We love Operations Manuals but all manuals end up on a shelf. Finding the one page or two needed in the moment isn’t convenient or the reminder is forgotten, and ultimately, the value is lost.Â
That’s why we have reimagined the traditional Operations Manual into simple visual job aids. The job aids are role based and designed to communicate process or schedule based tasks as well as informational sheets to support and enable best practices in the moment.
Though the job aids are designed to be printed, laminated, and stored in relevant locations of the office where a specific job role is performed we offer online digital access as well.

Model Practice includes:
Monthly Reviews – 12 Sessions (30 minutes ea) conducted once per month to discuss overall practice management, staffing, patient experience, or other topics relevant for the month.Â
Quarterly Business Reviews – 4 Sessions (1 hour ea) conducted once per quarter to discussion financial performance and relevant adjustments to strategy or execution.
