Welcome to Converge Dental! These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern your purchase and use of our one-time fee consulting and education package. By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

By completing the purchase of our dental consulting and education package, you, the “Client,” agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Converge Dental and the Client.

Description of Services
Converge Dental offers a comprehensive dental consulting and education package designed to assist dental practices in improving their operations, patient care, and overall success. This package includes (training material, deliverables, guides and video training).

Payment and Fees

Refunds and Cancellations

Converge Dental values the confidentiality of our clients. Any information, data, or discussions shared during consulting sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s express consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability
Converge Dental shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the consulting and education services provided. Our services are advisory in nature, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results for your dental practice.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Converge Dental reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website. It is the Client’s responsibility to review the updated terms and conditions periodically.
